Our Website Design Packages
A Fresh Approach Media offers different packages and website maintenance plans to meet your website business goals. Website costs vary depending on your needs. Each customer has unique needs, therefore the cost will vary appropriately. We are committed to offering the best pricing available for the quality of work that we provide.
Building a website can be an ongoing process, meaning it can be upgraded and adjusted as your needs change.
Bronze Website Package.
Includes up to 5 pages, 5 photos, contact form (adding and testing), HTML coding, uploading, domain name submission, 2 addtional pages at no cost (privacy policy and terms of use), initial design consultation. Project Duration: Approximately 1 - 7 days.
Silver Website Package.
Includes up to 10 pages, 10 photos, contact form (adding and testing), HTML coding, uploading, domain name submission, 2 addtional pages at no cost (privacy policy and terms of use), initial design consultation. Project Duration: Approximately 7 - 14 days.
Gold Website Package.
Includes up to 15 pages, 15 photos, contact form (adding and testing), HTML coding, uploading, domain name submission, 2 addtional pages at no cost (privacy policy and terms of use), initial design consultation. Project duration: Approximately 14 - 21 days.
Platinum Website Package.
Includes up to 20 pages, 20 photos, contact form (adding and testing), HTML coding, uploading, domain name submission, 2 addtional pages at no cost (privacy policy and terms of use), initial design consultation. Project Duration: Approximately 21 - 31 days.
Additional Costs
In addition to the initial website design, you'll also need to budget for:
Domain Names - Registration fees range from $10 - $20 per year.
Website Hosting - Price varies according to features required. For basic websites, generally $60.00 per year.
Design Cost - Not included in website packages. Design costs range from $65 - $125 (one time cost).
E-Commerce - Shopping cart solutions, credit card processing and online payment gateway fees, plus additional cost for creating e-commerce site. Pricing varies on type of e-commerce solution you choose. For addtional information, contact us.
Website Maintenance - Different packages available depending on your need for updates. Contact us for more information.
Website Internet Marketing - Implementing and creating social networking sites such as Facebook, MySpace and Twitter and Google Ad Words. Contact us for pricing information.
Additional Graphics - Sometimes you might want additional graphics on your website such as banner ads or Flash. These graphics vary in price according to size. Please contact us for a quote.
Additional Pages - Additional pages are available at $90 per page (includes up to 1 hour labor for creation of the page). Standard hourly rates of $50 apply beyond the first hour.
Extensive Updating & Revising - If choosing one of our website maintenance plans, there are some updates that require extensive revising such as changing out entire paragraphs of text, re-sizing photos, adding additional forms, etc. These updates are not included in our maintenance plans, so therefore, we charge an hourly labor rate of $50 (capped every 15 minutes).

This can be done by choosing a website maintenance package tailored to your needs.
We will submit your website to top search engines upon completion and add keywords to conform with today's search engine requirements, as well as description of pages. After the initial submission, it usually takes 4 - 6 weeks for your site to show up.
Your website should be marketed on all flyers, business cards, advertising and other websites.
Suggested pages for your site should be: Home, About Us, Products or Services, Links, Contact. All pages will be optimized for search engines to help your site achieve higher ranking.
Once an initial design consulation has been set up and a contract has been signed with a 50% down payment, we will start work on your website project. After the project is completed, the remainder 50% balance will be due prior to your website going live.
